The Gateway Park HOA email distribution list is an important communication medium for all owners and tenants. Official notices and announcements from the Board of Directors and Abaris Realty are sent to everyone signed up to receive them. To be added to this list, please send your name and full Gateway Park HOA address to webmaster@gatewayparkhoa.com!

Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday by Refuse Removal Results (TRIPLE-R).

Trash must be bagged and stored in closed trash receptacles. Tires, paint, any item containing fuel, oil, antifreeze, and/or animal carcasses will not be collected. Trash and garbage containers must be stored within the garages of each dwelling unit and shall not be permitted to remain in view, except on days of trash collection.

TRIPLE-R does not collect on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In the event that the collection day falls on one of these holidays, collection will occur on the following day.

TRIPLE-R will also provide at no additional charge, one bulk pickup per household per year. Renovation and construction debris will not be collected during bulk trash collections. Bulk trash collections must be scheduled in advance directly with TRIPLE-R by calling them at (301) 990-3533.

Recycling is collected on Wednesday by the City of Gaithersburg.

You can request a recycling container from the City by clicking this link. Be sure to specify if you are requesting a 65 Gallon Wheeled Cart or an 18 Gallon Bin. You must include your address.

All residents are reminded that the visitor spaces are designated for visitors and are not to be used on a regular basis by residents. Visitor spaces are to be used by visitors only.

Please be advised that any resident vehicle that continues to be parked in the visitor spaces will be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense. Although we would regret having to take such action, it is necessary in order to ensure the availability of parking spaces for visitors.

For your convenience, there is on street parking available along Washingtonian Boulevard. This is an ideal location to park additional vehicles belonging to your household.

The approved paint colors for the HOA are below. All paint colors are McCormick Paint brand. You are free to use any paint brand you wish, however, the colors MUST MATCH EXACTLY to the colors listed below. If they do not, you will be required to repaint all affected areas.

Also note for houses that have shutters, the shutter color must match the door color.

The HOA approved roof shingles brands and color are:

  1. GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles in the color BARKWOOD
  2. GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles in the color HICKORY
  3. Owens Corning Shingles in the color BROWNWOOD

The HOA maintains the structure of the box itself but not the individual mailbox locks/keys. There are no spare or additional keys kept by management. Each owner is responsible for his/her mailbox lock and keys.
